What you'll do

• Drive product strategy for language-based product lines, continuously validating assumptions and guiding products toward successful launches and commercialization.

• Engage regularly with customers to capture their needs, pain points, and feedback, integrating this information into the product strategy and roadmap.

• Develop and manage the product feature roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

• Support commercialization efforts, taking products from concept to market readiness, including pricing, packaging, and positioning.

• Participate in go-to-market (GTM) strategies, partnering with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create impactful launch campaigns that drive customer adoption.

• Manage post-launch activities, such as feature iteration, customer feedback loops, and performance analysis, ensuring the product's ongoing success and alignment with user needs.

• Develop and maintain OKRs and product metrics to measure performance, adoption, and market impact, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate closely with product marketing to create compelling messaging, content, and training materials for internal teams and customers, enabling effective product communication.

• Optimize product shelf-life by identifying areas for product enhancements, improvements, or potential retirement, keeping the product portfolio dynamic and relevant.

• Mentor and support junior product team members, fostering their growth and alignment with the product vision and strategy.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in a STEM or Business field from a leading institution, or in a related field.

• 6+ years of product management experience, with a preference for candidates from top technology firms.

• Demonstrated expertise in crafting product strategy, handling complex trade-offs, and guiding products from conception to commercialization.

• Proven experience in developing and scaling B2B and SaaS-based products, especially language-based solutions or AI-driven products.

• Strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring product teams.

• Familiarity with GTM strategies and post-launch optimization.

• Eagerness to work on products with global impact and potential.
• People management experience is a plus.
