Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Participate in the management of ITIL processes (incidents, changes, problems).
• Contribute to the administration of Linux and Windows servers.
• Assist in the configuration and monitoring of supervision tools (Centreon) and automation (AWX).
• Participate in the management of backup solutions (Veeam) and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Write and update technical documentation.
