Lab of Future

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured STEM and technology programs for students in Grades 3 9.
• Conduct practical sessions in areas such as:
  
  
• • Robotics & Automation
  • Coding & Programming (Scratch, Python, block-based coding)
  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (basic concepts)
  • Internet of Things (IoT)
  • 3D Design & 3D Printing
  • Electronics & Arduino
  • Space, Aeromodelling & Engineering basics
  • Design Thinking & Innovation projects
    
    
• Adapt lesson plans to suit different age groups and learning levels.
• Ensure lessons are engaging, interactive, and project-based.
• Prepare worksheets, presentations, assessments, and project rubrics.

Innovation Lab Management

• Manage daily operations of the Innovation Lab.
• Maintain inventory of lab equipment, kits, and consumables.
• Ensure proper usage, safety, and storage of all tools and devices.
• Report equipment issues and coordinate for repairs or replacements.
• Set up and dismantle kits before and after sessions.

Student Development

• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Support students in developing projects for exhibitions, competitions, and school events.
• Identify talented students and guide them for advanced learning paths.
• Maintain discipline and positive classroom culture in lab sessions.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with school coordinators and teachers for scheduling and integration with curriculum.
• Share monthly progress reports with management and school authorities.
• Participate in school meetings, demonstrations, and events related to STEM programs.
• Maintain student attendance, performance records, and project documentation.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all activities comply with school safety policies and child protection standards.
• Supervise students at all times during lab sessions.
• Follow UAE school compliance and operational guidelines.
