Store Supervisor

Job Location : Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Lead and guide store staff, manage scheduling, and assign daily tasks.
Ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
Maintain organized and safe storage areas according to company standards.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams for timely order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Train and support team members to achieve performance objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role (E-Commerce experience is a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Transferable residency.
