As an enterprise Account Executive in one of our most strategically meaningful regions, you will:

  • Identify, develop, and close business across large Telco accounts within KSA and the Middle East.

  • Build and maintain senior relationships with Telco leaders, including C-Level executives.

  • Shape long-term digital agendas by influencing and simplifying complex concepts for senior decision-makers.

  • Develop a self-sourced pipeline using structured account planning, rigorous territory management, and proactive multi-threading.

  • Lead multi-million-dollar digital transformation and customer experience programmes from opportunity shaping through to commercial negotiation and executive approval.

  • Orchestrate global, cross-functional teams (product, presales, consulting, industry, legal, finance, executive sponsors) to deliver on client vision.

  • Manage an extended ecosystem of partners, system integrators, and internal teams, ensuring role clarity, accountability, and progress against strategic outcomes.

  • Apply value-based selling, quantifying impact, articulating measurable outcomes, and influencing clients strategic and economic rationale for change.

  • Demonstrate and embed values centred on integrity, collaboration, customer focus, and innovation, aligned with Adobe s leadership principles.

  • Maintain excellent sales process hygiene, including accurate forecasting and CRM management.

  • Develop and cultivate the partner ecosystem, comfortable with indirect/partner sales motions.

  • Strong knowledge of the Telco and private sector landscape across the Middle East; Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Validated Enterprise Software sales experience.

  • Proven experience driving transformation initiatives with the largest Telcos in the region, supported by an established network of contacts across the Middle East Telco sector

  • Have sold into global enterprise customers, and able to demonstrate strong POV and value realisation, securing multi-million, multi-year deals.

  • Track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to build a self-sourced pipeline and manage territory.

  • Confident communicator with senior Telco leaders and C-Level executives.

  • Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes within the Telco sector.

  • Deep understanding of the Martech landscape in the region.

  • Ambitious, focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Deep understanding of value-based selling and measurable outcomes.

  • Familiarity with the Middle East Telco landscape; Arabic language skills are a plus.
