Strategic Accounts Manager, Marketplace, Other Hardlines Category Afaq Q Tech General Trading

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with key strategic accounts within the Other Hardlines category on the Marketplace platform.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer experience.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to achieve business goals.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with strategic accounts.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and account management.
