Structural Engineer

As a Structural Design Engineer, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to support the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing structural designs for reinforced concrete and steel structures from concept through IFC (Issued for Construction) stages
• Performing structural analysis and design using industry-standard software and validated engineering methods
• Ensuring all designs comply with UAE authority requirements, applicable international codes, and project specifications
• Coordinating structural deliverables with architectural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary teams
• Reviewing shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and as-built documentation for compliance and constructability
• Supporting site inspections, quality control activities, and technical reporting during construction
• Contributing across the project lifecycle, from early design development through execution and handover
• Applying BIM workflows, digital coordination processes, and AI-assisted design tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and integration

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proven expertise in structural analysis and design
• Mandatory UAE Society of Engineers membership and relevant UAE authority approvals
• Strong knowledge of international structural codes and UAE regulations
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 / Robot, AutoCAD, and Revit (BIM)
• Experience with BIM coordination workflows, digital QA/QC, and AI-assisted design tools
