SAE has a network of civil engine maintenance workshops around the world and offers its customers a full range of services: performance restoration, replacement of parts with limited lifespan, inspection and maintenance of the entire engine and its equipment.

To cope with the increase in LEAP engine maintenance in the coming years, Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) has launched the construction of a new shop in Morocco.

Our new workshop located in the Casablanca-Settat region will provide maintenance for new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP) which equip in particular the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737Max.

As Subcontracting Manager, your objective will be to ensure the management of subcontracting processes in order to achieve the performance objectives set in terms of OTD delivery and TAT.

In this context, you will be amenable to:

• Manage the subcontracting team by ensuring the achievement of set operational objectives and by ensuring the development of their professional skills;
• Ensure the proper management of the processing and monitoring of repair orders;
• Ensure active monitoring of orders with suppliers;
• Evaluate the performance of subcontractors (OTQ, OTD) and implement the necessary actions in case of discrepancies;
• Lead the implementation of internal and external action plans in case of non-compliance with supplier delivery targets in order to avoid production stoppages;
• Ensure proper monitoring of quarantine in close collaboration with the QA Department in order to better manage the performance of subcontractors;
• Adopt a customer-oriented mindset in order to respect the contractual delivery deadline and anticipate the implementation of solutions in case of risk of delay;
• Participate in planning sessions and get involved in building the reference schedule per engine on the Gate 2 part by providing a logistical commitment;
• Participate in inventory optimization (VEX) on the supply perimeter in collaboration with the inventory manager;
• Establish and manage subcontracting dashboards;
