Responsible for the operation and maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of pipeline pre-commissioning equipment, including suction pumps, flooding pumps, chemical injection units, air compressors, aftercoolers, and air dryers. Ensures equipment reliability and readiness throughout the pre-commissioning campaign.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
* Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent trade certification.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanic for pumps, compressors, and dryers in oil & gas or pipeline pre-commissioning projects. With Hands-on experience with operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing of:
- Centrifugal Pumps (e.g., Caprari 500m³/hr with CAT C27 Acer engine or similar),
- HP Piston Pumps (e.g., MIDIS/Woma 550 ARP with CAT C18 Acer or similar),
- Diesel Generators (e.g., Atlas Copco with Perkins 1104C engine or similar),
- Air Compressors (e.g., Atlas Copco XRYS 1260 CD7 or similar),
- Desiccant Air Dryers (Twin-pot, 1600 scfm+).
* Good understanding of mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safe work practices.
* Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings.
* Physically fit for onshore site conditions.
* Good communication in English language and teamwork skills.
