Production & Site Coordination

• Provide day‑to‑day coordination support to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.

• Coordinate with Design, QA/QC, Planning, Material Control, and Production teams for drawings, job cards, and execution.

• Monitor daily site/production activities, track work progress, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Follow up with internal teams on pending tasks, schedules, and material requirements.

• Assist in preparing daily logs, reports, and production/site documentation.

• Maintain consolidated records of work orders, material movement, and activity status.

Supervision & Team Management (Supervisor‑specific)

• Supervise façade fabrication/production work on the shop floor or site.

• Allocate manpower and monitor workflow to ensure productive operations.

• Ensure discipline, proper work procedures, and safety compliance across all activities.

• Review engineering drawings and ensure technical accuracy during execution.

• Coordinate inspections and support QA/QC teams with documentation and checklists.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all tasks meet project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure process adherence.

• Report issues, risks, or delays and assist in resolving workflow challenges.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain production/site reports, daily logs, and MIS records.

• Manage filing, record‑keeping, and audit‑ready documentation.

• Ensure documentation accuracy for job cards, checklists, material updates, and progress reports.
