Supply Chain Manager-Pharmaceuticals Welldone Fine Chemicals Manufacturing LLC

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the complete supply chain strategy for the pharmaceutical facility. This includes overseeing procurement, warehousing, logistics, inventory control, import/export, and vendor management. The role ensures all supply chain activities comply with GMP, GDP, and UAE regulatory requirements while supporting uninterrupted production and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain systems, policies, and SOPs in alignment with GMP, GDP, and UAE supply chain standards.

• Coordinate import/export processes for equipment deliveries and customs clearance in compliance with UAE regulatory and logistics frameworks (MOHAP, customs, free zone authorities, etc.).

• Establish vendor qualification processes and approved supplier lists in line with UAE market practices.

• Manage procurement of raw materials, excipients, packaging, and consumables.

• Oversee logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, cold chain management, and 3PL coordination.

• Lead warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispensing, distribution) in line with GMP and UAE compliance.

• Implement ERP or supply chain management software for tracking and reporting.

• Ensure accurate inventory control, forecasting, and demand planning.

• Coordinate with production, QA, QC, and finance to ensure material availability.

• Lead audits of suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.

• Train and supervise supply chain and warehouse staff.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to GDP, GMP, and UAE-specific customs, logistics, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain supply chain-related SOPs, audit trails, and batch documentation.

Support regulatory inspections and customer audits related to supply chain and logistics.
