Analyze the CBN and validate the orders;

Monitor and analyze weekly indicators in order to define the relevant actions;

Participate with the central purchasing department in defining the logistical parameters;

manage a supplier portfolio;

Provide information on the supply cycle for purchased components (in the case of PIR Site);

Follow up with suppliers who are late and deal with any complaints (billing disputes, documentation, quantity...);

Analyze and record supplier acknowledgments of receipt;

Issue supply plans to suppliers;

Analyze the supplier portfolio lighting;

Ensure stock optimization and guarantee zero missing stock (GDM missing stock management);

Analyze exceptions to orders sent to suppliers;

Reduce oversized transport.

Job Requirements

Holder of a Bac+3/4 in Supply Chain, international trade or equivalent;

Prior experience in an industrial setting is desirable.
