Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking a passionate Emirati Sustainability Executive to support the Group s ESG and sustainability strategy, Dare Today, Change Tomorrow. This role contributes to implementing environmental, social, and governance initiatives within the entertainment division, aligning with Majid Al Futtaim s long-term sustainability goals. The position involves research, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and reporting on sustainability performance to help strengthen the Group s environmental and social impact across its operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Vice President of Sustainability and Technical Services in executing Majid Al Futtaim s ESG and sustainability initiatives.
* Collect and analyze sustainability data, track key performance indicators, and contribute to the Group s sustainability reports.
* Assist in projects focused on energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and green building certifications such as LEED and WELL.
* Research and benchmark best practices in sustainability and ESG across the entertainment industry.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance sustainability goals and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
* Support internal awareness programs and community engagement projects that promote environmental and social responsibility.

Ideal Profile

* UAE National with a Bachelor s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 0 1 year of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related fields within corporate or consulting environments.
* Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and green building frameworks such as LEED or WELL.
* Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
* Enthusiastic about environmental initiatives and passionate about making a positive social impact.
