About the Role:

Role Summary

The resource will support the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.

Drawing from prior experience in systems analysis and software development environments, the role includes both coordination and technical support responsibilities.

Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather and document project requirements

Create and manage functional specifications, user stories, and documentation

Facilitate communication across development, QA, and business teams

Track project progress and support Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives -Perform basic data analysis and reporting using SQL and Python

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and issue resolution

Support change management and ensure adherence to the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Document project updates, risks, and action items, and support overall delivery tracking.

Technical & Methodological Proficiencies in PL/SQL, Python, Java, Functional & Regression Testing, Agile Methodologies, SDLC, Change Management, Stakeholder Collaboration etc..

A degree in a Business or Technical subject is required

Experience in handling a wide range of correspondence independently

Strong organisational skills is essential

Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks

Written and verbal communication skills in English

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good command of Excel and Word is required

Good analytical skills
