الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Design workflows, use cases, wireframes, and system models to document processes and interfaces.
  • Support in designing intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX to enhance system usability.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure stability, availability, and security.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for deployed solutions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend system or UI/UX enhancements.
  • Prepare reports, user manuals, and training documentation.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, wireframing, and modeling tools.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles, usability testing, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Experience with system monitoring tools and performance analysis is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, and system integration concepts.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is considered a strong advantage.
