About the role:
  • We are looking for a highly motivated talent acquisition specialist to join our talent acquisition team!

  • As a talent acquisition specialist within our company, you will be responsible for finding, attracting and hiring multiple profiles in order to meet all the company's recruitment needs.
Tasks to be performed:
  • Supervise the entire recruitment process, including research, selection, interviews, tests and proposals to candidates.
  • Ensure continuous sourcing of candidates and maintain an active pool of talent.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract the best profiles.
  • Establish and maintain relationships at all levels and in all areas of activity, including with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure good brand image communication and measure its impact.
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients.
  • Pre-select, interview and record potential professional candidates.
Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Ability and willingness to learn the requirements of the position
  • Passion for HR and talent acquisition methods
  • Ability to analyze a large number of CVs.
  • Understanding and familiarity with recruitment marketing
  • Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS
  • Understanding of basic marketing strategies
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good time management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
