- المساعدة في العثور على مرشحين من خلال بوابات الوظائف، لينكد إن، الإحالات، وقواعد البيانات الداخلية.
- تنسيق وإدارة جدولة المقابلات مع المرشحين، وفريق اكتساب المواهب، ومديري التوظيف.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الموارد البشرية، الأعمال، الهندسة الصناعية أو مجالات ذات صلة.
خريجون جدد مرحب بهم للتقدم.
إجادة قوية في كل من الإنجليزية والعربية.
اهتمام بالتوظيف، والتفاعل مع الناس، وجذب المواهب.
مهارات تواصل شخصية ممتازة، مع القدرة على بناء علاقات مع المرشحين وأعضاء الفريق.
