- المساعدة في البحث عن المرشحين من خلال بوابات العمل، LinkedIn، الإشارات، وقواعد البيانات الداخلية.
- تنسيق وإدارة جدولة المقابلات مع المرشحين، وفريق اكتساب المواهب، ومديري التوظيف.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
درجة بكاليوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الموارد البشرية، الأعمال، الهندسة الصناعية أو مجالات ذات صلة.
الخريجون الجدد مرحب بهم للتقدم.
إجادة قوية في كل من الإنجليزية والعربية.
الاهتمام بالتوظيف، وتفاعل الناس، وجذب المواهب.
مهارات تواصل بين شخصية ممتازة، مع القدرة على بناء علاقات مع المرشحين وأعضاء الفريق.
