They provide advice in client meetings, prepare expert reports and presentations.
Their range of activities
- Support for projects on tax optimization in corporate tax law
- Legal form focus: Corporations & partnerships including shareholders
- Areas of expertise: Restructuring, holding structures, business succession, corporate transactions, international tax issues and general corporate tax law
- Preparation of short expert reports and client presentations, as well as participation in client meetings.
- Client contact and participation in client meetings
If desired, you can also work at the interface between design consulting (80%) and ongoing tax consulting (20%).
Expertise & Experience
- above-average completed studies
- Passed tax advisor exam
- Relevant professional experience in tax consulting or financial administration
- Ideally, initial experience with projects in corporate tax law (e.g., restructurings or international tax law)
- Enjoyment in creating short expert reports and client presentations, as well as presenting them to clients.
- Motivation to conduct counselling sessions independently
