Malvern College Egypt is seeking to appoint a motivated and committed Teacher of Humanities. This position is available from August 2026. (New staff induction week from 16 August 2026 - TBC).

Suitable candidates will require:

• An appropriate university degree and teaching qualification
• At least 3 years experience of teaching English National Curriculum, Geography or History up to A-Level, and experience or willingness to teach the IB diploma would be an advantage.
• A passion for teaching and learning and a drive to achieve high standards for all
• To be an advocate for student wellbeing and involved in our pastoral care system
• Excellent understanding of Geography and History and how students learn.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A solid understanding and use of ICT in the classroom (familiarisation with Google Workspace is advantageous).
• To be a team player, motivated by the challenge of achieving the vision of the department and the school.
