Inetum Offshore Maroc is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Team Leader with a solid background in infrastructure and Linux systems , capable of leading a technical team and ensuring the reliability of IT environments.

Main missions

  • To supervise and lead a team of systems and infrastructure engineers.

  • Provide management and supervision of Linux environments (installation, configuration, administration, optimization).

  • To guarantee the availability, performance and security of systems.

  • Manage infrastructure evolution and migration projects.

  • Establish and monitor operating and monitoring procedures.

  • Provide regular reporting to management and propose areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and security standards.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Experience : Minimum 5 years in systems and infrastructure administration, including at least 2 years in a coordination/leadership role.

Comp tences techniques :

  • Administration Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
  • Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
  • Monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus).
  • System security and access management.
  • Automatisation (Shell scripting, Ansible, Puppet).

Soft skills : Leadership, clear communication, ability to manage priorities and support the team's skills development.
