Reporting to the Operations Manager, your mission will be to supervise the teams in the field, organize waste flows and ensure compliance with Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment (QHSE) standards.
Your main responsibilities:
Operational management:
- Organize and monitor the management of waste flows on the site.
- Optimize performance and productivity.
- To ensure evacuation logistics and equipment coordination.
- Supervise the teams (punctuality, wearing of PPE, use of equipment).
- Ensure first-level maintenance and compliance of facilities.
Monitoring & coordination:
- Supporting the contract manager in administrative management and customer relations.
- Identify malfunctions and report anomalies.
- prepare the daily reports on the activity.
- Maintain a relationship of trust with the client and represent the image of SUEZ Morocco.
Compliance with QHSE standards:
- Strictly apply safety, hygiene and quality guidelines.
- Assisting teams in the event of an incident or workplace accident.

Formation & exp rience :
- Minimum high school diploma level.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or in managing field teams.
Comp tences cl s :
- Sense of leadership, ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of contractual requirements and good operational practices.
- Mastery of QHSE rules and the highway code.
- Rigour, responsiveness, autonomy and initiative.
- Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
