Technical procurement & needs management

• Carry out technical procurement of spare parts, equipment, maintenance contracts, industrial supplies and investments

• Manage purchases related to maintenance work, CAPEX projects and investments

• Buy mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, fluid and technical consumables

• Analyze the technical needs and propose alternative solutions

• Manage purchase requests via SAP (purchasing relay, item management)

Sourcing, negotiation & contracting

• Select suppliers and launch requests for quotations and calls for tenders.

• establish comparisons, negotiate and formalize contracts

• Ensure compliance with contractual clauses and supplier commitments

• Establish and ensure the administrative follow-up of contracts and orders

• Validate invoices from foreign suppliers

Supplier performance & optimization

• Note the product-supplier pairings according to ISO 9001, ISO 22000, OHS and CSR requirements

• Propose projects to optimize purchasing categories

• Participate in the approval processes with the relevant departments.

• Follow up on the Ecovadis component with the service providers

• Managing technical non-conformities and supplier disputes

Internal coordination & rational operational management

• Coordinate meetings with internal clients and suppliers

• Managing priorities related to emergencies and supply deadlines

• Ensuring the recovery of suppliers

• Contributing to continuity of production and security of supply

Quality, safety & continuous improvement

• Integrate quality, food safety, occupational health and safety (OHS) and CSR requirements into the purchasing process

• Update the procedures and quality instructions for the purchasing process

• Apply and enforce the 5S standards within your scope
