· Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD

· Create precise 2D for joinery projects

· Develop accurate shop drawings for toilet cubicles, wardrobes, and kitchen cabinets

· Ensure all technical drawings meet project specifications and industry standards

2. Quantity Surveying

· Conduct comprehensive material quantity calculations

· Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for all project components

· Perform cost estimation and analysis for project proposals

· Track and compare material quantities against project budgets

3. Design and Documentation

· Develop technical specifications for different interior fit-out elements

· Collaborate with design and sales teams to translate client requirements into technical drawings

· Maintain an organized drawing and documentation filing system

· Update design documentation throughout project lifecycle

4. Project Support

· Assist in project planning and feasibility studies

· Provide technical input during client meetings

· Support tender preparation and technical proposal development

· Coordinate with suppliers and installation teams
