Key Responsibilities

• Read, create, review, and modify patterns (patrons ) accurately
• Communicate with the Fashion designer and confidently read and verify patterns
• Review and check pattern (patrons ) measurements to ensure designs are executed exactly as intended
• Work with Gerber and Gemini software for patron-related tasks

Tech Pack & Documentation :

• Develop technical drawings and detailed tech packs ready for production
• Prepare complete specifications including measurements, construction details

Sampling & Fit Development :

• Execute sample making from first prototype to final approved fit
• Ensure correct fit, measurements, and construction details throughout development
• Identify and resolve fit and construction issues efficiently

Garment Construction & Sewing

• Apply knowledge of all types of sewing techniques
• Handle closures, fastening methods, and finishing details professionally
• Work across various garment types including casual, structured, and stretch garments

Factory & Production Communication

• Communicate clearly with factories and explain design and construction details
• Ensure smooth production handover with clear specs and instructions
• Support scalability while maintaining design integrity and cost efficiency
• Work closely with designers to ensure all designs are:
• Manufacturable
• Cost-efficient
• Scalable for production
