الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Siebel EAI - Inbound and Outbound SOAP Web services, REST Services, MQ based Transports & Inbound/Outbound Email Response Handling Workflows.
  • Siebel Open UI HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, 3 rd party plug ins, etc
  • Strong Experience on Integration Objects, EAI Transport Adapters, XSLT, JSON, SOAP, WSDL, VBC, EBC, Data Maps & Workflow Policies.
  • Worked on Application Services Interfaces (ASI) for Integrating Customers with Oracle GLPROD.
  • Involved in Siebel Upgrade from 8.1 to IP14 & IP 14 to IP16.
  • Experience in SQL and PLSQL.
  • Strong knowledge in Siebel Architecture and Proficient with Siebel Tools and Client in configuration and customization of various Siebel Objects at multiple levels.
  • Been part of Requirements Grooming Factory on analyzing the technical feasibility.
  • Prepared High Level Design (HLD), Interface Requirement Specification (IRS), and Low-Level Design Document (LLD).
  • Preparing Impact Analysis, Point Estimation, POCs, Training Siebel Freshers. .

  • 12+ Years of experience in Design, Development, Testing & Implementation of various SIEBEL CRM Applications.
  • Extensive experience in Banking domain worked with Major clients - BMO (Bank of Montreal, Canada), ADCB (Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank).
  • Strong Experience in Siebel Configuration, Scripting & Workflows (CSW), EAI, Open UI.
