Technical/Lifting Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Following TEST Company QHSE Management System and committed to provide effective support for QHSE requirements.

2. Following TEST Company Polices and its commitments towards the client requirements, development, impartiality, confidentiality, Code of Conduct and security.

3. Achieving lifting inspection annual target.

4. Maintain professional structure within the workforce.

5. Maintain adequate staffing and resources to ensure work completion on time.

6. To promote safe working practices, ensure full implementation and compliance with company policies and procedures.

7. Ensure all inspection personnel are performing within company policy as well as applicable internal inspection procedures and international standards.

8. Aware of Aramco GI.7.030 and sndure that all operation inspectors are following this GI for any lifting inspection related to aramco.

9. Preparing vacation plan for operation team annually to avoid any effectiveness on on the company performens.

10. Plan & execute on job training for inspectors and trainees.

11. Approve inspection reports, Inspection certificates.

12. Approve all purchase activities (project related purchases of products or services).

13. Approve OT or rig allowance of operation team as per the company policy.

14. Reviewing all jobs document before sending it to accountants for invoicing and coordinating with Accounts Department for any issues related to company issued Inspection Reports, Timesheet, and Invoices.

15. Monitoring the employee’s grievances especially employees working at the site.

16. Prepare performance reports about operation activities.

17. Assist in the preparation of tenders and quotations.

18. Prepare of management and departmental budgets.

19. Annual Appraisal of operation team is under his responsibility to be filled and sent to HR on time.

20. Review and approve of project related petty cash purchases or bills and vouchers of Inspectors.

21. In case of absent of Operation Manager, Lifting supervisor will be act as Operation Manager.
