We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to oversee our Data Lakehouse Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project implementation, development, risk identification and mitigation, and workload management across resources. This role requires reprioritization of tasks as needed and ensures the successful delivery of the organization s vision for the Data Lakehouse initiative.

The Project Lead will coordinate with other strategic initiatives, continuously assess project impacts, and adapt to changes to guarantee overall success. This role is critical for the efficient utilization of resources and the successful delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Technical Leadership

Lead the design and architecture of the data warehouse, including ETL processes, data modeling, and integration strategies.

Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and analysts to implement best practices in data management.

Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of data warehouse solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Gather and refine requirements from business units to ensure alignment with organizational needs.

Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Implement performance monitoring and optimization strategies for the data warehouse.
• Drive continuous improvement in data processes and reporting capabilities.
