Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled project lead to join and Lead our Data Lakehouse Project. You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, development, , identify & mitigate project risks, manage workload across resource, re-prioritizing tasks in case of deviations and ensure success of organization vision for Data Lakehouse project. You need to be involved in coordinating with other strategic projects getting implemented along with this project and continuously assess the impact and adapt to the changes in-order to ensure success of the overall project. This role is critical for the success of the delivery of this project and efficient utilization of each resource across the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

- Technical Leadership

- Lead the design and architecture of the data warehouse, including ETL processes, data modeling, and integration strategies.

- Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and analysts to ensure best practices in data management.

- Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of data warehouse solutions.

- Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Gather and refine requirements from business units to ensure alignment with organizational needs.

- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management.

- Quality & Compliance

- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met.

- Implement performance monitoring and optimization strategies for the data warehouse.

- Drive continuous improvement in data processes and reporting capabilities
