We design, develop, produce and market, alone or in cooperation, engines for civil and military aircraft, as well as for satellites.
SAE has a network of civil engine maintenance workshops worldwide and offers its customers a full range of services: performance restoration, replacement of parts with limited lifespan, inspection and maintenance of the entire engine and its equipment.
To cope with the increased demand for LEAP engine maintenance in the coming years, Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) has begun construction of a new shop in Morocco. Our new workshop, located in the Casablanca-Settat region, will handle the maintenance of new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP), which notably power the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737 Max. explore your future role! You will be responsible
for managing and facilitating the integration of updates to manufacturer manuals, customer manuals, and best practices into internal documentation.
You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining our product nomenclature in the ERP system, in accordance with regulatory requirements and SAESM guidelines.
Missions:
Analyze technical documentation and its updates (IPC, Engine Shop Manual, Service Bulletins, etc.) and identify modifications to the technical reference to be implemented in the Safran AE MRO ERP system to ensure the operational maintenance of product ranges according to the OEM's technical reference updates (IPC, Engine Shop Manual, Service Bulletins, etc.).
Study the impact of each incremental change to the Engine Shop Manual.
Modify or have modified the internal documents impacted by these revisions.
Research and propose improvement solutions based on workshop feedback (QRQC,(Presentation of front office actions)
Update the SAP Nomenclature technical reference.
Provide necessary technical support to network workshops and coordination units on configuration and nomenclature aspects.
Work on the integration of nomenclatures for new engines into SAP.
Manage the AD/SB committee and administer data for document support.
Ensure coordination with the technical library for the retrieval and distribution of manual updates.
Analyze discrepancies in documentation and redistribute tasks according to the modifications.
Respect and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Project Management Office (PMO), the RSM/QCM (Requirements Management System/Quick Response Questionnaire), as well as those outlined in internal procedures and instructions.
