  • To prospect and develop a client portfolio.
  • Analyze the technical needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals and respond to calls for tenders.
  • Ensure project monitoring and coordination with technical teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To produce regular reports on commercial activity.

  • Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works or equivalent.
  • Desired experience in a similar position (Construction / Public Works).
  • Good knowledge of public procurement and sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in computer and office tools.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
