الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Sales Engineer candidate must be results-driven & well experienced, to generate new business and grow key accounts across manufacturing, production, packaging, utilities, and process industries, and will own the full sales cycle—prospecting to close—within defined below product categories, leveraging their existing customer network and deep industry knowledge.


Only the candidates with a valid UAE driving license & ready to join immediately will be considered for interview.

Attractive high incentives / sales commission will be provided based on achieving sales targets to the deserving candidates.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Sales Pipeline & Territory Management:

- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across target sectors; plan visits and weekly sales activities.

- Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts; maintain CRM.


2. Business Development & Key Accounts:

- Prospect, qualify, and convert new B2B customers and grow existing customers.

- Meet decision-makers (engineering, maintenance, production, procurement) and build multi-level relationships.


  1. Technical & Solution Selling:

- Understand customer applications and specifications; recommend compliant, cost-effective solutions.

- Conduct site surveys, trials, demos; prepare BOQs, proposals, and tender

submissions.


5. Commercial Execution:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts; achieve margin and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with principals/suppliers, procurement, logistics, and service teams for timely delivery and support.


6. Market Intelligence & Compliance.

- Track competitors, pricing, and product trends; identify cross-sell and upsell

opportunities.

- Add related new products based on emerging opportunities


Target Industries (Essential):

  • Food & Beverage manufacturing, production, packaging, utilities, and process industries.

  • Non food manufacturing, FM, MEP, Transport & Logistics, HORECA, HVAC.

  • Candidates must have established contacts within these sectors in the UAE market.

  • Preferred: Significant exposure selling into food & beverage manufacturing &

processing companies will be highly preferred.


Mandatory Product Category Experience (Direct B2B Field Sales):


Proven, hands-on sales experience in at least 2-3 of the following categories:


  • Product Conveying Solutions: Belt conveyors / Roller conveyors / Screw conveyors / Spiral conveyors / Curve conveyors / flexible conveyors / Chain Conveyors / pallet conveyors / loading-unloading conveyors, vertical & inclined elevators and conveyors with automation as well as conveyor spares & components.


  • Fluid Handling: Hygienic stainless-steel tanks, vessels, pumps, valves, filters, pipes, fittings, hoses, & spare parts. Water filtration / recycling systems, room filters / HVAC filters / hygienic filters, pipelines for steam/chilled//hot water/product lines/jacketed lines.


  • Maintenance Supplies: Industrial lubricants, MRO consumables, maintenance sprays, hand tools, adhesives, building material, PPE & safety tools, workshop tools, power tools, cutting, grinding & finishing tools.


  • Material handling (MHE): Pneumatic / Hydraulic / portable lifting & handling equipment, hoists, pallet trucks, airport baggage handling equipment, drum handling / roll handling.


  • Production / Processing / Packaging: Filling machines, mixing machines, ribbon blenders, industrial cleaners, blowers, bulk loaders, bin lifters, packaging machines, bowl lifters,


  • Hygienic Processing: Equipment and consumables for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, & cleanroom environments such as pumps & blowers, heat exchangers, mixers, custom fabricated stainless steel process platforms, kitchen equipment, racks / tables / tray washers / bin washers / boot washers / safety systems.

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, with a solid understanding of product functionality.


  • 3-5 years of experience in direct B2B technical sales with preference to those who have experience selling to food & beverage manufacturing companies.


  • Proven track record of successfully closing retail & capital equipment sales and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
