Technical Team Lead Elite Eikan

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Technical Team Lead with experience in building and scaling web applications, AI-driven solutions, and intelligent automation systems from the ground up. As a core member of our leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology stack and architecture. You will lead by example, designing cutting-edge systems that not only scale with our growth but also solve real-world business challenges through AI and automation. In a fast-paced startup environment, you will need to balance technical excellence with the flexibility to pivot quickly and drive rapid product iteration.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Architecture & Design

   • Lead the architecture and design of web applications, AI systems, and intelligent automation solutions, keeping scalability, speed, and user experience at the forefront.

   • Develop a flexible and scalable architecture that grows with the business, integrating AI, automation, and web technologies seamlessly.

   • Stay hands-on in choosing the right technologies, frameworks, and tools to rapidly prototype and iterate on new solutions.

   • Create and enforce best practices for code quality, architecture, and technical documentation while balancing the need for speed and agility in a startup setting.

2. Product & Application Development

   • Architect and lead the end-to-end development of web applications and AI-driven solutions, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and rapidly evolving requirements.

   • Build and deploy machine learning models, NLP systems, and intelligent automation tools that directly impact customer experience and internal processes.

   • Oversee the integration of AI/ML models and automation systems into the existing product suite, improving both customer-facing features and backend processes.

   • Implement continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD) to ensure rapid deployment and quick iteration on new features.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

   • Lead a small, agile team of developers, AI engineers, data scientists, and automation specialists, ensuring they are motivated, challenged, and aligned with company goals.

   • Collaborate directly with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize technical and business objectives.

   • Mentor and coach team members, fostering an environment of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.

   • Balance leadership duties with hands-on development work, helping to code and build features where necessary to meet tight deadlines.

4. AI & Automation Integration

   • Spearhead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation technologies, directly impacting product features, user engagement, and operational efficiency.

   • Lead the development of automation frameworks and solutions (e.g., RPA, bots, and predictive maintenance), streamlining both internal workflows and customer-facing processes.

   • Build systems that integrate AI/ML models into business workflows, improving decision-making and reducing manual tasks across the company.

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

   • Drive a culture of continuous innovation and experimentation, seeking out new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can give the company a competitive edge.

   • Actively research and test new approaches to AI, automation, and web development to ensure the team remains on the cutting edge.

   • Champion the adoption of new tools and frameworks that enable faster delivery of products while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
