Technical Training Manager

Core Duties

• Develop and manage the annual technical and specialized training plan for employees
• Supervise the planning, budgeting, and implementation of technical training programs
• Approve and prioritize training curriculum in line with institutional objectives
• Conduct training needs analysis to design and improve training programs
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and government regulations related to training
• Coordinate with managers to review training effectiveness and monitor implementation
• Maintain and update databases of participants, program details, and evaluation records
• Evaluate training programs and trainers, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement
• Build partnerships with international training institutions to source qualified trainers
• Measure and report return on investment (ROI) for training and development initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized university
• Specialized certifications in smart education preferred
• Minimum 11 years of relevant work experience in training and development
• Proven ability to design, develop, and evaluate training programs
• Strong project management and budget management skills
• Knowledge of learning management systems and training databases
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to mentor and motivate staff
• High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in advanced computer applications across multiple platforms
• Goal-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple priorities effectively
