Create, maintain, and update technical documentation for the TreasuryXpress GPH product, including:

• Product and feature documentation
• User and administrator guides
• Configuration and implementation documentation
• API and integration documentation (where applicable)
• Operational and support runbooks

Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and SMEs to gather technical requirements and system behavior

Translate complex payments and treasury concepts into clear, accurate, and user friendly documentation

Document workflows related to:

• Global and domestic payments
• Bank connectivity and host to host integrations
• Payment approvals, controls, and security
• Compliance and audit related processes

Ensure documentation aligns with product releases and version changes

Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy

Maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides

Support internal teams (Support, Implementation, Sales Engineering) with technical content as needed
