Main Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors for T24-related enhancements, change requests, and business discussions
• Conduct requirement gathering, functional analysis, and gap analysis for business demands across multiple T24 modules (e.g., Retail, Corporate, Payments, Treasury, Lending, etc.).
• Perform impact analysis of change requests, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide techno-functional solutions (parameter changes, local developments, interfaces, etc.).
• Provide business justification for enhancements and support decision-making at governance forums such as SCAC.
• Ensure documentation of requirements, solution design, and testing in line with internal governance frameworks.
• Stay updated with T24 best practices, upgrades, and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements.

Principle Accountabilities

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Banking & Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the banking/financial services industry, with at least 5 years of direct exposure to T24 core banking.
• Strong functional expertise in one or more T24 modules (AA, FT, MM, LD, Payments, Customer/Accounts, etc.).
• Solid understanding of banking operations and processes (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Treasury, Regulatory, Compliance).
• Proven ability to perform business analysis, documentation, and functional solutioning.
• Good technical understanding of T24 architecture (tables, OFS, versions, COB, APIs, interfaces, local developments).
• Hands-on experience in preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Impact Assessments.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production rollout activities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
