We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated, and energetic Tele Sales Executives to join our fast‐paced team at Telepulse Marketing. This is a core telecalling sales role focused on connecting with customers, promoting Equiti Group’s investment products and services, and driving sales. No degree is required, making this an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals eager to excel in a high‐energy sales environment within the financial services industry.


Responsibilities


• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their investment needs in stocks, com‐ modities, and forex.


• Present, promote, and sell Equiti Group’s investment products/services using persuasive arguments tailored to prospective and existing customers.


• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.


• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals in a high‐energy environment.


• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and rejections professionally.


• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities using relevant software.


• Continuously learn and adapt to new financial products, market trends, and sales techniques.


• Perform basic mathematical calculations to explain investment options, potential re‐ turns, and financial metrics to clients.

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass.


• Aptitude: Strong aptitude for sales, customer engagement, and basic mathematical calculations (e.g., calculating returns, percentages, or investment growth).


• Skills Required:


– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).


– Creative thinking and problem‐solving abilities.


– Patience and ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations.


– Strong sales ability with a focus on closing deals in a high‐energy setting.


– Working knowledge of relevant computer software (e.g., CRM tools, MS Office).


– Excellent interpersonal skills and resilience in handling rejection and stress.


– Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing financial products and market conditions


. – Proficiency in basic mathematics to explain investment options and perform calculations related to stocks, commodities, and forex


• Language Preference: Proficiency in Malayalam and other South Indian languages is an added advantage.


• Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed in a fast‐ paced sales environment.


Key Details :


• Basic Salary: AED 3,000 per month


• Earning Potential: Up to AED 5,000 per month (for freshers, based on performance)


• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM ‐ 6:00 PM (1‐hour lunch break)


• Job Type: Full‐time • Location: On‐site at 1904 Silver Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE


• Visa Requirement: Candidates must have a valid UAE visit visa with at least 1 month of validity to schedule an interview.


• Probation Period: No leaves are allowed during the probation period
