We are seeking an experienced methods engineering specialist, specializing in cutting and preparation techniques, to join our team in Bouznika, Morocco. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing efficient cutting and preparation methods.

• Develop and implement method engineering strategies for cutting and preparation processes
• Analyze existing manufacturing procedures and propose improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Create detailed technical documentation for cutting and preparation methods
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of new processes
• Use CAD software to design and modify cutting models and preparation techniques
• to conduct feasibility studies for new manufacturing methods and technologies
• to train and mentor junior engineers on the principles of engineering methods and best practices
• continuously monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and quality standards in all engineering activities.
