Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inventory of supplies, materials, hand tools, power tools, and special service tools.
• Issue supplies and tools to service technicians using the Materials & Supplies Requisition Slip for proper documentation.
• Maintain a complete inventory record of all technicians issued tools.
• Ensure sufficient stock levels of workshop supplies and materials required for daily operations.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department for ordering supplies and replacement tools when needed.
• Monitor tool conditions, track damaged items, and arrange for replacements when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage within the tool and material storage areas.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all issued and returned items.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Position Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate from any automotive-related course
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic preferred
• Certifications/Training: Relevant certifications are an advantage
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with workshop tools, telephone, and computer operations
