Tool-room In charge cum Manager KANR for Plastic Industries

JOB DESCRIPTION & PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES,

• Toolroom In charge with Experience in Plastic injection mold factory with Thin walled Pail & container mold making He can manage and lead toolroom team that involve for new Mold Fabrication & maintain existing molds

Technical management on fabrication of new mold,

• To prepare new product design as per sample or description given from R & D department & to include all design standard guidelines & concepts for Pails & Lids
• To prepare new mold design as per suitable machines detail & design concepts guidelines for pail & Lid molds, Can be extracted good design features from existing mold design,
• To prepare & plan complete mold manufacturing process with time line & flow chart
• Correctly estimate design time for all new tools and engineering stages in said time line.
• To manage material ordering & procurement including steel material, hot runner system, other mold accessories & implications to complete full function of design and manufacturing process.
• To prepare work schedule for machinist & mold maker team to assign & distribute mold fabrication task correctly & efficiently according to work requirement & capabilities of team members,
• To Guide & supervise mold makers and machinist team during manufacturing and assembly of new mold to ensure on time delivery schedules.
• Responsible for all mold related issues for new mold until it fully resolved & mold approved for production

Control of complete Toolroom process & breakdown maintenance of existing molds

• Responsible & capable to attend all types of Breakdown of Injection mold like mechanical failure,
• Responsible & capable to attend all types hot runner related breakdown of existing molds,
• Responsible & capable to build his toolroom team qualified & experienced for above task
