Native speaker is defined as any person who has both resided continually from early childhood to adulthood in, and holds a passport from: the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.

English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers shall have at least a bachelor’s degree in English, applied linguistics, modern languages, or TESOL. A bachelor’s degree in any other field may be combined with a teaching certificate (CELTA) or diploma (DELTA) or MA-TESOL, plus substantial experience as an ESL teacher. All English teachers shall have at least 4 years of ESL teaching experience in an EFL setting. Non-native speakers shall have at least any of the following minimum scores:

i. Saudi national.

ii. Minimum Diploma Degree holder

iii. Excellent in English and Arabic

iv. Excellent in Microsoft Office

v. 2 years of experience preferably in Educational or HR roles
