Job Title: Transactional Agent - Italian
Location : Tunis, Tunisia
Overview of Role:
Quality of Outbound Inside Sales Agent You will need to sell a range of National Pen products to existing customers via outbound phone calls. You will do this by contacting customers and using a preloaded file. In doing so, you will provide our clients with incredible service while also building long-term professional relationships.
What you'll do:
• Call existing customers using a preloaded file and increase sales
• Manage a database of unassigned accounts with key
goals and performance• Ensure customer issues are dealt with efficiently, keeping customers informed about any new products and maintaining the highest level of customer
service• Ensure that customer order details are properly uploaded to the system with the necessary
accuracy• Achieve weekly sales, calls, and individual
income goals • Attend weekly team meetings, brainstorm new ideas and sales
techniques• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes, which will be supported by training, support, and coaching
• Any other task/project indicated by senior management
What we expect from you:
• Fluent in Italian
• Ideally a minimum of one year of sales experience with an understanding of the importance of building relationships with decision-makers
• Passionate about providing customer service and managing customer
expectations• Excellent communication and negotiation
skills• Have a professional attitude under pressure and handle objections appropriately
• Energetic and autonomous excellent in interpersonal relationships, with a great ability to listen and ask precise
questions• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and other systems
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and ability to multitask•
Self-motivated and goal- and results-oriented
• Enjoys working in a team
environment • An acceptable level in English
