الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Summary of Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • Maintain close relations with fleet owners.
  • Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of Used Trucks.
  • Providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models
  • Assisting customers with completing relevant documents for executing a sale opportunity or solving a complaint.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve targets.
  • Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
  • Describes all optional used equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Offers test drives in line with Reg Sales Manager.
  • Understanding customer s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models.
  • Explaining warranties and services.
  • Be ready for trainings and development courses & programs (domestic and outside KSA)
  • Enhancing company reputation through good conduct and collaboration.
  • Daily visits and follow up with Customers.
  • Find new potentials/ Customers.
  • Prepare offers.
  • Reporting Sales activities and Market situation to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
  • Maintaining customers database and communicating with them.
  • In line with Reg Sales Manager, close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.
  • Collecting information on competitor s activities and market prices.
  • Check & recommend realistic market acceptable price levels to meet competition.

,requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Proven experience as a sales representative in the used truck industry
Excellent knowledge of truck models, features, and specifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting systems
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer demands
