UBD Supervisor - Underbalanced Drilling

As a UBD Supervisor, you will take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing underbalanced drilling operations at site level. Acting as the lead onsite authority, you will oversee all operational aspects to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery.

• Lead and supervise underbalanced drilling (UBD) operations on site

• Manage coiled tubing drilling (CTD) activities including drill-outs and sidetrack operations

• Oversee nitrogen-assisted underbalanced operations

• Ensure safe execution of re-entry drilling programmes

• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across drilling and well services

• Maintain strict adherence to operational and safety standards

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to field personnel

• Extensive experience in Underbalanced Drilling (UBD) operations

• Strong background in Coiled Tubing Drilling (CTD), including drill-outs and sidetracks

• Proven experience operating at Supervisor level

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage full UBD project scopes onsite

• Strong understanding of nitrogen-based underbalanced systems

• Excellent safety leadership and operational control

• Experience in re-entry drilling operations

• Background in complex well intervention or preset well environments

• Previous experience on long-duration onshore drilling campaigns

• Onshore underbalanced drilling campaign

• Coiled tubing drilling (CTD) re-entry drill-outs (2 3/4" operations)

• Nitrogen-assisted underbalanced systems

• Project mobilisation from late Q3

• Duration: 12+ months
