User Experience (UX) Design

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.

• Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction flows.

• Translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.

• Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results.

User Interface (UI) Design

• Design visually appealing, consistent, and modern user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.

• Ensure consistency in typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy across products.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Provide design specifications, assets, and design QA during development.

• Collaborate with product and business teams to align design solutions with business goals.

• Support continuous improvement of existing products and platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3–7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (flexible based on seniority).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX design work.
