Design websites and landing pages based on structured briefs from the Digital Marketing Lead.

Translate marketing goals into clear page structure, hierarchy, and conversion-focused layouts.

Deliver wireframes and high-fidelity designs with a smooth handoff for WordPress implementation.

Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Build reusable UI components and simple design systems to keep pages consistent.

Provide clear specs for sections, spacing, typography, buttons, forms, and states.

Collaborate with the team during implementation to ensure design quality and practical adjustments.

Job Requirements

• 1 2 years of UI/UX and web design experience (or equivalent strong hands-on work).
• A portfolio with published work we can review (live links or case studies). Mandatory.
• Strong visual design skills (layout, hierarchy, typography, color, spacing).
• Solid understanding of landing page best practices (clarity, trust elements, CTAs, sections flow).
• Proficiency in Figma (must-have).
• Ability to work from briefs, iterate quickly, and communicate decisions clearly.

Preferred (big advantage)

• Experience designing for WordPress (Elementor or similar builders is a plus).
• Understanding of WordPress constraints: responsive behavior, component reuse, plugin-based forms, performance considerations.
• Familiarity with handoff workflows and developer-ready design documentation.
