Mission of this role is to deliver adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems of Asiacell ecommerce platform (AsiaMall) and Digital payment channels by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for digital products with primary focus is on enhancing user satisfaction and usability by improving the accessibility, efficiency, and aesthetics of the product. You will be working in a fast paced, collaborative Agile environment with an ultimate goal to develop functional and visually attractive features that cater to our client's needs and contribute to expanding our customer base.
- Craft comprehensive wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and dynamic visual designs to support the development of Asiacell s E-commerce platform - AsiaMall and Digital Payment applications.
- Develop UI mock-ups that align with functional specifications and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to brainstorm, refine, and deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and precise execution of designs.
- Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to maintain cohesive digital storytelling.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts & designs, page flows & target links for landing pages.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct in-depth user research to capture user preferences, pain points, and behavioural insights.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback to iterate on and optimize user experiences.
- Regularly benchmark against competitor products to stay ahead in design quality and innovation.
- Test for intuitively and experience. Provide support for scheduled deployments/releases
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that showcase site functionality and appearance.
- Maintain consistency with style standards for fonts, colors, and images.
- Application and website exploration on daily basis to identify issues / UI UX problems and get them resolved
- Create and maintain comprehensive design libraries, including UI kits and style guides, to support scalable and consistent development.
- Ensure that all design outputs adhere to established visual and brand standards.
- Articulate design concepts, solutions, and the rationale behind decisions to stakeholders.
- Participate actively in design critiques, contributing thoughtful feedback and incorporating suggestions constructively.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Bachelor Degree
- Certificate / Diploma in Interaction Design
- Experience in telecommunication or Digital services sector
- Degree in IT will be an added advantage
