الأدوار والمسؤوليات

1. Participate in exploring new growth tools for overseas food delivery business operations, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and efficiency improvement. Lead global research, implementation, initial operations, and iteration of new marketing tools.

2. Assist in conducting global market research for product requirements of marketing tools, contribute to growth strategy design, experiment planning, and effect tracking. Collaborate with R&D teams to achieve MVP product validation.

3. Design and execute user research initiatives, conduct interviews, perform deep-dive analysis of user behavior data, and translate insights into actionable tool/strategy implementations aligned with overseas market characteristics.

4. Maintain industry awareness with user-centric perspective. Quickly master marketing mechanics across apps, analyze overseas target markets, and drive growth through rapid hypothesis validation.

1. Working proficiency in English as a business language, advanced SQL skills and mastery of data analytics tools.

2. Strong logical thinking and excellent communication skill, fast-learning capability with strong execution, stress resistance, and ownership mentality.

3. Familiarity with food delivery platform operations, including merchant management, logistics, and payment systems, with the ability to drive optimization and innovation in international markets.
