UX Writer

We are looking for a talented and strategic UX Writer with at least 5 years of experience crafting user centric content. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to shape intuitive, consistent, and human centered experiences across our digital products. You ll be responsible for defining the voice and tone within the product, simplifying complex ideas, and ensuring that every word empowers users to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and engaging microcopy for interfaces (buttons, menus, error messages, tooltips, onboarding flows, etc.).
• Translate complex concepts into accessible language while maintaining product clarity and usability.
• Ensure all product content aligns with UX best practices and accessibility standards.

Content Strategy & Systems

• Build and maintain a scalable content style guide, terminology system, and voice & tone guidelines.
• Collaborate on UX research activities to understand user needs and language patterns.
• Contribute to content audits, content mapping, and taxonomy development to ensure consistency across products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with product teams through all stages of the design process from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with Designers to create cohesive experiences supported by strong UX writing.
• Support Marketing and Communications teams in aligning product copy with brand messaging when needed.

Quality & Optimization

• Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance to optimize product copy.
• Gather user insights and data to continuously refine messaging.
• Advocate for content-first thinking and champion UX writing within the organization.

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, Product Writer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing samples across different product surfaces.
• Excellent command of English (and Arabic if relevant), with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with UX methodologies, design thinking, and user research.
• Ability to present and justify copy decisions using logic, data, and user insights.
• Experience working with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and content management systems.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
