Receive and review project proposals and designs

• Gather information on proposed projects, develop effectiveness, and evaluate proposed construction plans
• Contribute to developing work procedures and improving the quality of value studies and their implementation
• Coordinate workshops with relevant departments and ensure all requirements are met for value engineering workshops
• Review preliminary and final workshop reports, ensuring they meet technical standards and review cost estimates for alternatives
• Develop and design multiple alternatives to meet requirements
• Assess alternatives based on their efficiency and cost savings
• Prepare reports on project designs, including evaluations based on the quality of submitted designs

• Bachelor s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Road Engineering, Value Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited university
• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of project management experience
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Soft Skills: Clear communication, problem-solving, research skills, and the ability to explain complex policy concepts in a simplified manner
• Technical Skills: Mastery of a specialized area within the public sector, staying updated on the latest policy developments and regulations, and the ability to provide solutions to policy challenges
