• Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources
• Keep the park inventory up to date
• Organize the entry and exit of vehicles and equipment

Maintenance and upkeep

• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance operations
• Follow up on repairs with the service providers or the maintenance department
• Ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of the equipment
• Check the required documents (insurance, registration certificate, vehicle inspection certificate)

Administrative follow-up

• Keep vehicle records up to date
• Monitor fuel consumption
• to prepare periodic reports on the state of the park
• Monitor incidents and claims

Organisation et coordination

• Coordinate with the various departments as needed.
• Optimize the use of the fleet
• Propose improvement actions

Control and security

• Ensure compliance with safety rules
• Ensuring regulatory compliance
• To monitor the correct use of equipment
